Workers then assemble the pre-made components in much less time than it would take to construct a frame built home. This is an aspect of modular home construction that saves money, since there is so much less labor involved.

In many cases, modern modular homes are indistinguishable from the traditional frame built homes. Anyone who is interested in having a new home built but is on a tight budget should seriously consider a modern modular home, and avoid having to settle for an older starter home that does not meet their needs, tastes, or requirements.
